XRReferenceSpaceEvent extension type

The WebXR Device API interface XRReferenceSpaceEvent represents an event sent to an XRReferenceSpace. Currently, the only event that uses this type is the XRReferenceSpace.reset_event event.

The cancelable read-only property of the Event interface indicates whether the event can be canceled, and therefore prevented as if the event never happened.
