WapLookupBox class
A lookup drop-down (WML <input lookup> / <item lookup>).
The list comes from dataSet + keyField + displayFields, or from
fixed lookupItems / lookupColumns. Typing filters the list; picking an
item calls onPicked (WML oncloseup).
