CardConditionalLayout class final

A conditional layout for cards that adapts based on specified conditions.

Allows defining different layouts for cards based on conditions like:

• Screen size (compact vs expanded layouts)
• Theme mode (light/dark specific layouts)
• Content properties (image presence, action count)
