specs/extends_index library

Every Trust Task version that declares extends (SPEC §5.2, "Declared extension"), keyed by its bare request Type URI, mapped to the MAJOR.MINOR it extends. A version that declares none is absent.

One link per entry; a chain is followed by looking the extended version's own Type URI up again, which readForVersion in the runtime does.
