Classes

Payload: Disable a Companion or Service. The maintainer revokes the device's ACL entry, refuses subsequent authentication, and emits sync events so other devices learn of the disable. Distinct from device/wipe: disable is a passive denial; wipe additionally instructs the target to destroy its local cache.
