TMenuOverlayItem<T extends TMenuItemData<T>>

A single row inside an open TMenuOverlayPanel. If the item has visible children, hovering/tapping it opens another panel to the side via its own OverlayPortalController, positioned with the same generic PopupPositionDelegate used everywhere else in this engine.
