AndroidTextFieldCaret class
An Android-style blinking caret.
AndroidTextFieldCaret should be displayed on top of its corresponding text, and it should be displayed at the same width and height as the text. AndroidTextFieldCaret uses textLayout to calculate the position of the caret from the top-left corner of the text and then paints a blinking caret at that location.
