StreamPlaybackSpeedToggleTheme class
Applies a playback speed toggle theme to descendant widgets.
Wrap a subtree with StreamPlaybackSpeedToggleTheme to override
playback speed toggle styling. Access the merged theme using
BuildContext.streamPlaybackSpeedToggleTheme.
