ScrollableTabViewWithController class

Create a ScrollableTabViewWithController widget to display tab content with a TabController. This widget provides a view where the content for each tab can be managed and displayed based on the selected tab index.

Example usage:

ScrollableTabViewWithController(
  controller: _tabController,
  children: [
    Center(child: Text('Content for Tab 1')),
    Center(child: Text('Content for Tab 2')),
    Center(child: Text('Content for Tab 3')),
  ],
)

The ScrollableTabViewWithController will update its displayed content based on the currently selected tab controlled by the provided TabController.
