ArrayComplex class Null safety

Class to create 1 dimension ArrayComplex.

Constructors:

ArrayComplex(List<Complex> list) : default constructor

ArrayComplex.empty() : empty array

ArrayComplex.fromArray(Array list) : from another array

ArrayComplex.fixed(int length) : from a fixed length
