DHUIterableIntExtensionsNS extension

Extension on nullable Iterable<int?> providing a total sum calculation.

This extension adds a total getter that computes the sum of all non-null integer values in the iterable. If the iterable is null or empty, it returns 0. Null elements within the iterable are treated as 0 in the sum.
