CloudSttBackendConfig class

Cloud STT backend registration config. Replaces the hand-built config_json string that Swift (CloudSTT.swift), Kotlin (CloudModelEntry / HybridRouterBridgeAdapter), Flutter (CloudModelEntry.toConfigJson), RN (CloudSTT.configJSON), and Web (CloudSTT) each assemble identically and pass across the FFI/JNI boundary as config_json. The cloud_stt engine reads these fields when a model's backend == HYBRID_BACKEND_CLOUD; today it parses the same keys out of the JSON blob (config_json["provider"] etc., see HybridModelDescriptor.provider).
