ModelEvent class

Model lifecycle events: load / unload / download / list / catalog / delete / custom-model / built-in-registration. Mirrors RN events.ts:95-130 (SDKModelEvent: 24 variants). Plus Kotlin ModelEvent (7 ModelEventType) and Dart SDKModelEvent (10 concrete classes).
