ConnectPlatform

Platform identity is explicit so commons can evaluate role availability from one policy table. Presence of an enum value only reserves a stable wire identity — it does NOT imply Connect support. Commons ConnectPlatformPolicy (rac_connect.cpp) is the sole authority for which platforms may host or client. Platform SDKs must query/enforce that table rather than hardcoding the matrix in UI or transport code.

ConnectRoleAvailability

Role availability is richer than a boolean so the wire contract can reserve planned platforms without accidentally advertising them as usable.
