WeeklyChallengeCard class
A weekly live-ops challenge card showing event progress and milestone rewards.
The countdown is local to the card, updates every second using fmtDurDays, and is cancelled when expired or unmounted. Caller owns progress state, milestone claims, and all reward/business logic.
