ReactiveValueNotifier<T> class

A custom ValueNotifier that exposes notifyListeners publicly.

This class extends Flutter's ValueNotifier to provide a public method for manually triggering notifications to all listeners, even when the value hasn't changed. This is particularly useful for collections like Lists and Sets where internal modifications don't trigger automatic updates.

Example:

final notifier = ReactiveValueNotifier<List<int>>([1, 2, 3]);
notifier.value.add(4); // Internal modification
notifier.notifyListenersPublic(); // Manually trigger update
