ModifierKind enum
The two slots that can modify a noun, which is what randModifier draws.
A separate enum rather than a subset of WordSlot, because Dart cannot
narrow one: randModifier(kind: WordSlot.noun) would have to be an error at
run time, and this way it is one at compile time.
