One change to a query's state — what a QueryUpdated cache event says
happened.
A cache listener, a devtools panel or a persister can switch on the
action of a QueryUpdated event to tell a fetch starting from a retry,
a success or an invalidation. The class is sealed, so that switch is
exhaustive:
- QueryFetchAction — a fetch started.
- QueryFailedAction — one attempt failed and will be retried.
- QuerySuccessAction — data arrived, fetched or written by hand.
- QueryErrorAction — a fetch failed for good.
- QueryPauseAction / QueryContinueAction — a fetch paused, resumed.
- QueryInvalidateAction — the data was marked stale.
- QuerySetStateAction — the whole state was replaced.
Read-only from outside: only a Query dispatches one, and there is no public way to hand one in.
