Labels must meet the following constraints: * Keys and values can contain only lowercase letters, numeric characters, underscores, and dashes. * All characters must use UTF-8 encoding, and international characters are allowed. * Keys must start with a lowercase letter or international character. * Each resource is limited to a maximum of 64 labels. Both keys and values are additionally constrained to be <= 128 bytes. location The location of the source. name Name of the CustomTargetType. project The ID of the project in which the resource belongs. tasks Configures render and deploy for the CustomTargetType using tasks.

When a 'terraform destroy' or 'pulumi up' would delete the resource, the command will fail if this field is set to "PREVENT" in Terraform state. When set to "ABANDON", the command will remove the resource from Terraform management without updating or deleting the resource in the API. When set to "DELETE", deleting the resource is allowed.
