PatchbayOutputProjection class final

One command's whole machine-output declaration.

full is the identity projection and is therefore not declared: it is what happens when nothing is applied. A command that declares nothing at all is descriptor-less, which is not the same as declaring an empty projection — hence the invariant that at least one half is present.
