rangeDigest abstract method

Summarises the records of table whose HLC lies in the half-open range (fromHlc, toHlc] (a null bound is open): how many there are, the XOR fingerprint of their identities, and the range's lowest and highest HLCs.

Tombstoned records are included — a deletion is state that must reconcile. Two replicas whose digests match over a range hold the same record versions there (see RangeDigestBuilder for the identity). Must stream: memory per call is O(1), not O(range).
