ServiceTier class

Service tier for request processing.

Known tiers are available as static constants (e.g., ServiceTier.auto, ServiceTier.defaultTier, ServiceTier.flex, ServiceTier.scale, ServiceTier.priority). Providers may define additional tiers; use the ServiceTier.new constructor for custom values (e.g., ServiceTier('batch')).
