PreparedStatement class

Wrapper for prepared statement operations.

Provides convenient methods to execute prepared statements with parameters and close them when done.

Example:

final stmt = PreparedStatement(backend, stmtId);
final result = stmt.execute([ParamValueString('value')]);
stmt.close();
