Provides state management actions for NyFormCheckbox widgets.

This class extends FormStateActions to provide checkbox-specific state operations such as clearing the checkbox (unchecking it), setting values programmatically, or accessing the current checked state. Use NyFormCheckbox.stateActions to obtain an instance.
