ReportCell class abstract

The base abstract class for all cells within the NRB reporting engine.

ReportCell defines the contract for both layout dimensions and data extraction. This ensures that any specialized cell—whether it's a static text cell, an editable field, or a custom widget—can be correctly rendered in the grid and seamlessly exported to external formats like Excel.
