CardEmulationCategory enum

One of the two buckets Android sorts card-emulation services into, CardEmulation.CATEGORY_*.

payment is the wallet bucket, where the user picks one default app in system settings and the platform treats that choice as theirs to make. Everything else -- transit, loyalty, access control, a private AID of your own -- is other, where routing is settled per AID instead. This plugin registers what HostCardEmulation.registerAids is given under other.
