NfcPollTech enum

A technology NfcUtilAndroid.setDiscoveryTechnology can poll for.

disable and keep are not technologies and do not combine with one: the platform spells them as "no bits at all" and "leave whatever is already set", so a set holding either alongside a technology has no reading the controller could act on. keep wins over everything else; a set that is empty, or holds only disable, turns polling off.
