ParticipantInCallFlag enum

Participant in-call flags.

Use EnumByBinary.byBinary to convert the binary representation into multiple ParticipantInCallFlags. Use EnumBinary.binary to get the binary representation that is used in the API. Use EnumCollectionBinary.binary to convert multiple ParticipantInCallFlags into the binary representation.
