VoiceRecorderWidget class

Reusable voice recorder widget for the Open Neom ecosystem.

Shows real-time waveform visualization, duration counter, pulse indicator, and delete/send action buttons. Uses AudioRecorderController from neom_sound for the recording engine.

Host apps wrap this widget to add app-specific behavior (e.g., Itzli adds speech-to-text transcription and produces IaAttachment objects).
