NmGroupRule class

One entry in a zone's group-selection fallback list — parsed from a legacy dialplan selector string like L1D=NS101 (libsCpp/asterisk-chan-svistok/src/select.c's get_cr_group()). Order matters: rules are tried in list order until one succeeds.
