NmLifecycleTimeline class
A process as a timeline of steps (e.g. an expiry: expiring → grace → auction → deletion → available): steps up to current filled in the brand colour, the current one bold with an optional note under it (a date). Horizontal; vertical on phones. Added in 0.3.0.
