Text that morphs letter by letter, outline into outline, and into and out of icons. A companion to morphnext, whose outline engine it uses.
Classes

- content that morphs, outline into outline, to each new content it's given: a word into another word or an icon, an icon into a word or another icon, any style into any other.
- AnimatedMorphText
- text in style that morphs, letter by letter, to each new text or style it's given.
- MorphBetween
- from at progress 0 morphing into to at progress 1, outline into outline: text into text (as MorphText), text into an icon, an icon into text, or one icon into another.

- What a morph shows at one end: a line of text in a style, or an icon.
