DefaultErrorPlaceholder class

The default widget shown when a fetch throws an error.

Displays a centred column with an error icon, a message, and an optional retry button.

You can replace this with any widget via the errorPlaceholder parameter on MoInfiniteScroll or MoInfiniteScrollSliver.
