CelmDepth enum

How deeply perception should look.

Coarse-to-fine is not an optimization here: a descriptor states what it examined, and it can only state that if it was asked. The values are ordered — a coverage entry at a deeper level satisfies a requirement for a shallower one.

Refuses an unknown name. A misspelt depth that quietly became coarse would pass the manifest's depth check and then resolve every absence as unexamined.
