TableColumnControlHandlesPopupRoute class

Experimental modal route that can display control handles to resize/move a column and custom popup for that column.

The popup will remove itself whenever it detects that RenderBox of the target cell is offstage. Keep in mind that in the case of route removal the Future returned by a call to Navigator.push will not complete. Use Future.orCancel to handle this case.

Creates TableColumnControlHandlesPopupRoute that updates columns in realtime as soon as the gesture happens. Although this results in a better user experience, depending on the complexity of a table and the end platform, frequent rebuilds can cause performance issues.
