RouteUpdateDetails enum Navigation

Route update details.

Describes why the route delivered by the onRouteUpdated callback changed. Multiple values can occur simultaneously, delivered as a set.

Values

calculated → const RouteUpdateDetails

Route was calculated.

Occurs when navigation or simulation is started with waypoints and the first route calculation is done. NavigationService.startNavigation and NavigationService.startSimulation start from an already calculated Route, so they never report this value.

recalculated → const RouteUpdateDetails

Route was recalculated.

Reported for every recalculation of the navigation route, e.g. after leaving the route or after a roadblock was set with NavigationService.setNavigationRoadBlock or RoutingService.setRouteRoadBlock.

reverse → const RouteUpdateDetails

Recalculated route is in reversed travel direction.

Always reported together with recalculated. Possible causes: a user defined roadblock ahead, or road constraints ahead which block the access (one way, truck dimensions, blocked roads, etc.).

trimTraveled → const RouteUpdateDetails

Intermediate destination reached and the traveled route before that waypoint was trimmed.

During navigation the route is trimmed when an intermediate destination is reached or skipped with NavigationService.skipNextIntermediateDestination. During simulation it is trimmed only when the destination is skipped.
