RoutingAlgoModifiers enum Routes & Navigation

Modifies routing algorithm behavior for debugging and testing purposes.

These modifiers disable specific routing features to test alternative routing strategies or isolate specific routing behaviors. Used primarily for debugging and performance analysis of the routing engine.
