PaymentMethodIcon

Renders a payment-method icon. When a recognised brand (Visa/Mastercard /Maestro/Diners/Amex) is detected from cardType or paymentMethod the matching glyph from LittleFishIcons is shown; otherwise a generic Material icon derived from the method string is used.
