Based on the shortestSide of the device so the classification
survives rotation — form factor is a physical property of the device,
not the current orientation.
Breakpoints:
- xSmall : shortestSide < 360 px
- small : shortestSide < 380 px
- standard: shortestSide < 600 px
- large : shortestSide >= 600 px (tablets)
