A main class of information of Layoutry. Includes the default BoxConstraints (of the LayoutBuilder), and LayoutDevice.

Generates LayoutInfo from the BoxConstraints of the LayoutBuilder. Uses deviceByWeigth to catch the right LayoutDevice by maxWidth.

Generates a LayoutDevice by maxWidth of BoxConstraints.
