knowa_flutter_bindings
The Flutter classes a Knowa code-push patch can use: widgets, material components, painting and layout types, bound for both of Knowa's patch runtimes.
You do not depend on this package directly.
knowa_sdk depends on it and registers
it for you.
What that means for a patch
- The bindings are generated from one Flutter release — the one the Knowa CLI
names (
knowa --version). Build your app and your patches with it. - Where a binding cannot match compiled behaviour exactly, it is left out rather than approximated. A patch that reaches something left out is refused when you publish it, or — for what only the device can tell — the patched code falls back to your shipped code and reports the missing binding by name.
- The set is compiled into your app, so widening it takes a store release, not a patch.

License
BSD-3-Clause. Part of this package is ported from flutter_eval, also BSD-3-Clause; its copyright notice and licence follow Knowa's in LICENSE, and NOTICE.knowa.md says which files. Flutter adds both to your app's licences page.
Libraries
- knowa_flutter_bindings
- The Flutter binding surface for Knowa patches, with no third-party bindings anywhere: a generated wrapper layer (lib/src/gen, regenerated from the installed SDK) plus the hand-written bridge core (lib/src/core, the classes patch code extends).
- knowa_kbridge
- The Flutter bridge for knowa_kernel.
