KitPermission

Thin, testable wrapper around permission_handler returning a KitResult instead of throwing, plus a couple of ergonomic helpers (requestAll, openSettingsIfPermanentlyDenied).

Normalized permission state, collapsing platform-specific nuance (provisional on iOS, etc.) into one enum every module agrees on.
