KatMultiSelectChip class
A horizontally scrolling row of ChoiceChips built from reportList.
When chooseMulti is false (the default) this behaves as a
single-select control: tapping a chip replaces the current selection
with just that item. When chooseMulti is true it behaves as a
multi-select control: tapping a chip toggles its membership in the
selection instead. onSelectionChanged is called with the updated
selection after every tap, and is optional - tapping a chip is safe even
when it isn't provided.
