Locale class Null safety

A representation of a Unicode Locale Identifier.

To create Locale instances, consider using:

  • fromSubtags for language, script and region,
  • parse for Unicode Locale Identifier strings (throws exceptions on failure),
  • tryParse for Unicode Locale Identifier strings (returns null on failure).
