InfiniteScrollPhysics class Null safety

Physics for InfiniteCarousel.

Based on Flutter's FixedExtentScrollPhysics. Hence, it always lands on a particular item.

If loop => false, friction is applied when user tries to go beyond Viewport area. Friction factor is calculated the way its done in BouncingScrollPhycics.
