SKPaymentQueueDelegateWrapper class abstract

A wrapper around SKPaymentQueueDelegate.

The payment queue delegate can be implementated to provide information needed to complete transactions.

The SKPaymentQueueDelegateWrapper is available on macOS and iOS 13+. Usage with versions below iOS 13 and macOS are ignored.
