TradingChart class

Top-level chart presentation widget integrating the custom rendering pipeline, multi-zone scale interactions (Price Axis drag, Time Axis drag, Pinch Zoom), chart trading (hover '+' button, order lines, SL/TP brackets, open positions), and pointer tracking.
