HarborSizing class

How a frame sizes itself: it fills the space it is given, as a page does, or it HarborSizing.hugs its body, as a content-sized sheet does.

A class rather than an enum since 0.9.1, so the share a hugging frame may take travels with it.

Constructors

HarborSizing.hug({double? maxFraction})
As tall as its body and solid bars, as a content-sized sheet is, up to maxFraction of the space above the keyboard (of the whole height when the frame's body runs under the keyboard). Null, the default, caps it at all of that space. It hugs the height only: a frame always fills its width.
