AnalyticsScalarCard class

A self-contained card that runs a single scalar query and shows the result as a big number inside CardChrome.

A convenience for the common "one KPI per card" case; for spec-driven dashboards use HandDrawnAnalyticsCard.

asOf → DateTime?: Reference date for StreakMeasure evaluation. When null, the runner resolves it to the wall clock at fetch time, so leaving it null is the stable default — the card refetches only when an explicit value changes.
