Dart name reservation for the kreuzberg-dev html-to-markdown converter.

This package reserves the h2m identifier on pub.dev for the kreuzberg-dev/html-to-markdown project.

Native Dart bindings are not yet available. Importing this package and calling its APIs will throw UnimplementedError. When real bindings ship, they will be published under this same name with a version bump.
